I am using the symbolism of a shadow to express a field effect. Just as a shadow can darken the object it is cast upon, a field can also alter whatever is within its influence (a shadow is 2D, whereas a field is 3D).Andrew wrote:While this sounds plausible, what I'm confused over is that you mention the aura is more like a shadow of the anima, and I'm thinking of shadow as the absence of the thing casting it. The shadow being non-physical?
The anima is "volume" of 3D time, which is the physical thing. The shadow it casts upon space, via equivalent space, is the aura, a field effect.
But you must also remember that you are talking two, different levels of existence here... Level 1 is inanimate, where electronics works. Level 2 is biologic, where the aura field exists. (See Larson's Beyond Space and Time).
